Cushing Trails is Stonebridge's duplex-style community in Hanson, with two- and three-bedroom homes from about 1,900 to 2,300 square feet. One home remains: 12 Hayford Trail, move-in ready.

Schools. Hanson is part of the Whitman-Hanson Regional School District: Indian Head Elementary (kindergarten to grade 4), Hanson Middle School (grades 5 to 8) and Whitman-Hanson Regional High School.

Getting around. Hanson station is on the Kingston commuter rail line, which runs to South Station through Braintree and Quincy. Routes 14, 27 and 58 cross the town. Downtown Boston is about 27 miles away.

Outdoors. The Burrage Pond Wildlife Management Area, once a large cranberry operation, is being restored to wetland, and its flat bog roads make easy walking. Camp Kiwanee, a historic district on the National Register, is now a town campground and event site, and the town keeps trails at Smitty's Bog and Bonney Hill.
